Earlier in September 2014, the body of textile trader Shyam Sundar Mittal was found in a septic tank at Jamuwartol in Kapilvastu-5 after 45 days of his abduction.
Police investigations revealed that Mittal was murdered by the abductors after his family failed to pay ransom to the abductors.
